How To Uninstall asterisk-mp3 On Debian 9

To uninstall asterisk-mp3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just asterisk-mp3

MP3 playback support for the Asterisk PBXDebian 9.0comm1:13.14.1~dfsg-2
sudo apt-get remove asterisk-mp3

This will remove just the asterisk-mp3 package itself.

Uninstall asterisk-mp3 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove asterisk-mp3

This will remove the asterisk-mp3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for asterisk-mp3 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge asterisk-mp3

Or similarly, like this asterisk-mp3

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove asterisk-mp3
