How To Uninstall asterisk-opus On Debian 9

To uninstall asterisk-opus just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just asterisk-opus

linuxopus module for Asteriskcomm13.7+20161113-3
sudo apt-get remove asterisk-opus

This will remove just the asterisk-opus package itself.

Uninstall asterisk-opus and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove asterisk-opus

This will remove the asterisk-opus package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for asterisk-opus then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge asterisk-opus

Or similarly, like this asterisk-opus

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove asterisk-opus
