How To Uninstall astro-all On Debian 9

To uninstall astro-all just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just astro-all

Default selection of tasks for Debian AstroDebian 9.0metapackages1.0
sudo apt-get remove astro-all

This will remove just the astro-all package itself.

Uninstall astro-all and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove astro-all

This will remove the astro-all package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for astro-all then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge astro-all

Or similarly, like this astro-all

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove astro-all
