How To Uninstall astro-radioastronomy On Debian 9

To uninstall astro-radioastronomy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just astro-radioastronomy

Radio Astronomy SoftwareDebian 9.0metapackages1.0
sudo apt-get remove astro-radioastronomy

This will remove just the astro-radioastronomy package itself.

Uninstall astro-radioastronomy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove astro-radioastronomy

This will remove the astro-radioastronomy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for astro-radioastronomy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge astro-radioastronomy

Or similarly, like this astro-radioastronomy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove astro-radioastronomy
