How To Uninstall audispd-plugins On Debian 9

To uninstall audispd-plugins just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just audispd-plugins

Plugins for the audit event dispatcherDebian 9.0admin1:2.6.7-2
sudo apt-get remove audispd-plugins

This will remove just the audispd-plugins package itself.

Uninstall audispd-plugins and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove audispd-plugins

This will remove the audispd-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for audispd-plugins then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge audispd-plugins

Or similarly, like this audispd-plugins

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove audispd-plugins
