How To Uninstall autodock-getdata On Debian 9

To uninstall autodock-getdata just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just autodock-getdata

instructions for getData to collect compoundsDebian 9.0science4.2.6-3
sudo apt-get remove autodock-getdata

This will remove just the autodock-getdata package itself.

Uninstall autodock-getdata and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove autodock-getdata

This will remove the autodock-getdata package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for autodock-getdata then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge autodock-getdata

Or similarly, like this autodock-getdata

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove autodock-getdata
