How To Uninstall autofs-ldap On Debian 9

To uninstall autofs-ldap just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just autofs-ldap

LDAP map support for autofsDebian 9.0utils5.1.2-1
sudo apt-get remove autofs-ldap

This will remove just the autofs-ldap package itself.

Uninstall autofs-ldap and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove autofs-ldap

This will remove the autofs-ldap package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for autofs-ldap then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge autofs-ldap

Or similarly, like this autofs-ldap

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove autofs-ldap
