How To Uninstall averell On Debian 9

To uninstall averell just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just averell

incredibly stupid web serverDebian 9.0httpd1.2.5-1
sudo apt-get remove averell

This will remove just the averell package itself.

Uninstall averell and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove averell

This will remove the averell package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for averell then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge averell

Or similarly, like this averell

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove averell
