How To Uninstall ax25-xtools On Debian 9

To uninstall ax25-xtools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ax25-xtools

tools for AX.25 interface configuration -- X11-basedDebian 9.0hamradio0.0.10-rc4-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove ax25-xtools

This will remove just the ax25-xtools package itself.

Uninstall ax25-xtools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ax25-xtools

This will remove the ax25-xtools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ax25-xtools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ax25-xtools

Or similarly, like this ax25-xtools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ax25-xtools
