How To Uninstall axe-demultiplexer On Debian 9

To uninstall axe-demultiplexer just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just axe-demultiplexer

Trie-based DNA sequencing read demultiplexerDebian 9.0science0.3.2+dfsg1-1
sudo apt-get remove axe-demultiplexer

This will remove just the axe-demultiplexer package itself.

Uninstall axe-demultiplexer and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove axe-demultiplexer

This will remove the axe-demultiplexer package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for axe-demultiplexer then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge axe-demultiplexer

Or similarly, like this axe-demultiplexer

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove axe-demultiplexer
