How To Uninstall beagle On Debian 9

To uninstall beagle just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just beagle

Genotype calling, genotype phasing and imputation of ungenotyped markersDebian 9.0science4.1~160727-86a+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove beagle

This will remove just the beagle package itself.

Uninstall beagle and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove beagle

This will remove the beagle package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for beagle then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge beagle

Or similarly, like this beagle

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove beagle
