How To Uninstall beancounter On Debian 9

To uninstall beancounter just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just beancounter

A stock portfolio performance monitoring toolDebian 9.0misc0.8.10
sudo apt-get remove beancounter

This will remove just the beancounter package itself.

Uninstall beancounter and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove beancounter

This will remove the beancounter package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for beancounter then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge beancounter

Or similarly, like this beancounter

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove beancounter
