How To Uninstall bear-factory On Debian 9

To uninstall bear-factory just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bear-factory

Editors for Plee the BearDebian 9.0editors0.6.0-3.1+b3
sudo apt-get remove bear-factory

This will remove just the bear-factory package itself.

Uninstall bear-factory and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bear-factory

This will remove the bear-factory package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bear-factory then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bear-factory

Or similarly, like this bear-factory

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bear-factory
