How To Uninstall beef On Debian 9

To uninstall beef just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just beef

flexible Brainfuck interpreterDebian 9.0devel1.0.2-1
sudo apt-get remove beef

This will remove just the beef package itself.

Uninstall beef and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove beef

This will remove the beef package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for beef then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge beef

Or similarly, like this beef

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove beef
