How To Uninstall binclock On Debian 9

To uninstall binclock just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binclock

binary clock for console with color supportDebian 9.0utils1.5-6+b1
sudo apt-get remove binclock

This will remove just the binclock package itself.

Uninstall binclock and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binclock

This will remove the binclock package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binclock then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binclock

Or similarly, like this binclock

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove binclock
