How To Uninstall binstats On Debian 9

To uninstall binstats just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binstats

Statistics tool for installed programsDebian 9.0utils1.08-8.2
sudo apt-get remove binstats

This will remove just the binstats package itself.

Uninstall binstats and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binstats

This will remove the binstats package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binstats then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binstats

Or similarly, like this binstats

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove binstats
