This will remove just the binutils-m68hc1x package itself.

Uninstall binutils-m68hc1x and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-m68hc1x

This will remove the binutils-m68hc1x package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
