How To Uninstall binutils-multiarch On Debian 9

To uninstall binutils-multiarch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binutils-multiarch

Binary utilities that support multi-arch targetsDebian 9.0devel2.28-5
sudo apt-get remove binutils-multiarch

This will remove just the binutils-multiarch package itself.

Uninstall binutils-multiarch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-multiarch

This will remove the binutils-multiarch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binutils-multiarch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binutils-multiarch

Or similarly, like this binutils-multiarch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove binutils-multiarch
