How To Uninstall biogenesis On Debian 9

To uninstall biogenesis just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just biogenesis

sudo apt-get remove biogenesis

This will remove just the biogenesis package itself.

Uninstall biogenesis and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove biogenesis

This will remove the biogenesis package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for biogenesis then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge biogenesis

Or similarly, like this biogenesis

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove biogenesis
