How To Uninstall bit-babbler-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall bit-babbler-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bit-babbler-dbg

debugging symbols for BitBabbler toolsDebian 9.0debug0.6
sudo apt-get remove bit-babbler-dbg

This will remove just the bit-babbler-dbg package itself.

Uninstall bit-babbler-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bit-babbler-dbg

This will remove the bit-babbler-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bit-babbler-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bit-babbler-dbg

Or similarly, like this bit-babbler-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bit-babbler-dbg
