How To Uninstall bless On Debian 9

To uninstall bless just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bless

A full featured hexadecimal editorDebian 9.0editors0.6.0-5
sudo apt-get remove bless

This will remove just the bless package itself.

Uninstall bless and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bless

This will remove the bless package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bless then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bless

Or similarly, like this bless

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bless
