How To Uninstall blosxom On Debian 9

To uninstall blosxom just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just blosxom

sudo apt-get remove blosxom

This will remove just the blosxom package itself.

Uninstall blosxom and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove blosxom

This will remove the blosxom package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for blosxom then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge blosxom

Or similarly, like this blosxom

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove blosxom
