How To Uninstall bluefish-data On Debian 9

To uninstall bluefish-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bluefish-data

advanced Gtk+ text editor (data)Debian 9.0web2.2.9-1
sudo apt-get remove bluefish-data

This will remove just the bluefish-data package itself.

Uninstall bluefish-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bluefish-data

This will remove the bluefish-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bluefish-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bluefish-data

Or similarly, like this bluefish-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bluefish-data
