How To Uninstall bluetooth On Debian 9

To uninstall bluetooth just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bluetooth

Bluetooth supportDebian 9.0admin5.43-2
sudo apt-get remove bluetooth

This will remove just the bluetooth package itself.

Uninstall bluetooth and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bluetooth

This will remove the bluetooth package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bluetooth then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bluetooth

Or similarly, like this bluetooth

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bluetooth
