How To Uninstall bosixnet-daemon On Debian 9

To uninstall bosixnet-daemon just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bosixnet-daemon

Build Own IPv6 Network (client utilities)Debian 9.0net1.8-1
sudo apt-get remove bosixnet-daemon

This will remove just the bosixnet-daemon package itself.

Uninstall bosixnet-daemon and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bosixnet-daemon

This will remove the bosixnet-daemon package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bosixnet-daemon then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bosixnet-daemon

Or similarly, like this bosixnet-daemon

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bosixnet-daemon
