How To Uninstall bossa On Debian 9

To uninstall bossa just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bossa

Atmel SAM ARM microcontroller flash programming GUIDebian 9.0electronics1.3~20120408-5+b3
sudo apt-get remove bossa

This will remove just the bossa package itself.

Uninstall bossa and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bossa

This will remove the bossa package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bossa then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bossa

Or similarly, like this bossa

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bossa
