How To Uninstall botch On Debian 9

To uninstall botch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just botch

tools to create and analyse dependency graphsDebian 9.0utils0.21-3
sudo apt-get remove botch

This will remove just the botch package itself.

Uninstall botch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove botch

This will remove the botch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for botch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge botch

Or similarly, like this botch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove botch
