How To Uninstall bpm-tools On Debian 9

To uninstall bpm-tools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bpm-tools

command-line tool to calculate tempo of audioDebian 9.0sound0.3-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove bpm-tools

This will remove just the bpm-tools package itself.

Uninstall bpm-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bpm-tools

This will remove the bpm-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bpm-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bpm-tools

Or similarly, like this bpm-tools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bpm-tools
