How To Uninstall bristol-data On Debian 9

To uninstall bristol-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bristol-data

vintage synthesizer emulator (data files)Debian 9.0sound0.60.11-3
sudo apt-get remove bristol-data

This will remove just the bristol-data package itself.

Uninstall bristol-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bristol-data

This will remove the bristol-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bristol-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bristol-data

Or similarly, like this bristol-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bristol-data
