How To Uninstall bristol On Debian 9

To uninstall bristol just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bristol

vintage synthesizer emulatorDebian 9.0sound0.60.11-3+b1
sudo apt-get remove bristol

This will remove just the bristol package itself.

Uninstall bristol and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bristol

This will remove the bristol package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bristol then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bristol

Or similarly, like this bristol

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bristol
