How To Uninstall bspwm On Debian 9

To uninstall bspwm just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bspwm

Binary space partitioning window managerDebian 9.0x110.9.2-1
sudo apt-get remove bspwm

This will remove just the bspwm package itself.

Uninstall bspwm and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bspwm

This will remove the bspwm package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bspwm then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bspwm

Or similarly, like this bspwm

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bspwm
