How To Uninstall bti On Debian 9

To uninstall bti just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bti

command line Twitter clientDebian 9.0net034-2+b3
sudo apt-get remove bti

This will remove just the bti package itself.

Uninstall bti and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bti

This will remove the bti package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bti then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bti

Or similarly, like this bti

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bti
