How To Uninstall bucardo On Debian 9

To uninstall bucardo just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bucardo

asynchronous replication system for PostgreSQLDebian 9.0database5.4.1-1
sudo apt-get remove bucardo

This will remove just the bucardo package itself.

Uninstall bucardo and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bucardo

This will remove the bucardo package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bucardo then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bucardo

Or similarly, like this bucardo

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bucardo
