How To Uninstall bugwarrior On Debian 9

To uninstall bugwarrior just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bugwarrior

Pull tickets from bug trackers into taskwarriorDebian 9.0utils1.4.0+git2017010601-1
sudo apt-get remove bugwarrior

This will remove just the bugwarrior package itself.

Uninstall bugwarrior and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bugwarrior

This will remove the bugwarrior package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bugwarrior then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bugwarrior

Or similarly, like this bugwarrior

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bugwarrior
