How To Uninstall buildbot-slave On Debian 9

To uninstall buildbot-slave just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just buildbot-slave

system to automate the compile/test cycleDebian 9.0devel0.8.12-1
sudo apt-get remove buildbot-slave

This will remove just the buildbot-slave package itself.

Uninstall buildbot-slave and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove buildbot-slave

This will remove the buildbot-slave package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for buildbot-slave then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge buildbot-slave

Or similarly, like this buildbot-slave

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove buildbot-slave
