How To Uninstall buthead On Debian 9

To uninstall buthead just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just buthead

copy all but the first few linesDebian 9.0text1.1-4+b1
sudo apt-get remove buthead

This will remove just the buthead package itself.

Uninstall buthead and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove buthead

This will remove the buthead package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for buthead then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge buthead

Or similarly, like this buthead

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove buthead
