How To Uninstall bwidget On Debian 9

To uninstall bwidget just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bwidget

Extension widgets for Tcl/TkDebian 9.0libs1.9.10-1
sudo apt-get remove bwidget

This will remove just the bwidget package itself.

Uninstall bwidget and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bwidget

This will remove the bwidget package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bwidget then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bwidget

Or similarly, like this bwidget

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bwidget
