How To Uninstall bximage On Debian 9

To uninstall bximage just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just bximage

Disk Image Creation Tool for BochsDebian 9.0otherosfs2.6-5
sudo apt-get remove bximage

This will remove just the bximage package itself.

Uninstall bximage and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bximage

This will remove the bximage package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for bximage then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge bximage

Or similarly, like this bximage

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bximage
