sudo apt-get remove cairo-dock-plug-in-data

This will remove just the cairo-dock-plug-in-data package itself.

Uninstall cairo-dock-plug-in-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cairo-dock-plug-in-data

This will remove the cairo-dock-plug-in-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cairo-dock-plug-in-data then this will work.
