How To Uninstall camorama On Debian 9

To uninstall camorama just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just camorama

gnome utility to view and save images from a webcamDebian 9.0gnome0.19-5+b1
sudo apt-get remove camorama

This will remove just the camorama package itself.

Uninstall camorama and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove camorama

This will remove the camorama package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for camorama then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge camorama

Or similarly, like this camorama

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove camorama
