How To Uninstall cmake-curses-gui On Debian 9

To uninstall cmake-curses-gui just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cmake-curses-gui

curses based user interface for CMake (ccmake)Debian 9.0devel3.7.2-1
sudo apt-get remove cmake-curses-gui

This will remove just the cmake-curses-gui package itself.

Uninstall cmake-curses-gui and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cmake-curses-gui

This will remove the cmake-curses-gui package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cmake-curses-gui then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cmake-curses-gui

Or similarly, like this cmake-curses-gui

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cmake-curses-gui
