How To Uninstall cmake-doc On Debian 9

To uninstall cmake-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cmake-doc

extended documentation in various formats for CMakeDebian 9.0doc3.7.2-1
sudo apt-get remove cmake-doc

This will remove just the cmake-doc package itself.

Uninstall cmake-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cmake-doc

This will remove the cmake-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cmake-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cmake-doc

Or similarly, like this cmake-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cmake-doc
