sudo apt-get remove crossbuild-essential-arm64

This will remove just the crossbuild-essential-arm64 package itself.

Uninstall crossbuild-essential-arm64 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove crossbuild-essential-arm64

This will remove the crossbuild-essential-arm64 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
