How To Uninstall db4otool On Debian 9

To uninstall db4otool just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just db4otool

native OODBMS for CLI (tools)Debian 9.0cli-mono8.0.184.15484+dfsg2-3
sudo apt-get remove db4otool

This will remove just the db4otool package itself.

Uninstall db4otool and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove db4otool

This will remove the db4otool package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for db4otool then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge db4otool

Or similarly, like this db4otool

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove db4otool
