How To Uninstall dballe-common On Debian 9

To uninstall dballe-common just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dballe-common

Common data files for all DB-All.e modulesDebian 9.0misc7.21-1
sudo apt-get remove dballe-common

This will remove just the dballe-common package itself.

Uninstall dballe-common and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dballe-common

This will remove the dballe-common package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dballe-common then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dballe-common

Or similarly, like this dballe-common

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dballe-common
