How To Uninstall dballe On Debian 9

To uninstall dballe just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dballe

Database for punctual meteorological data (Command line tools)Debian 9.0misc7.21-1
sudo apt-get remove dballe

This will remove just the dballe package itself.

Uninstall dballe and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dballe

This will remove the dballe package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dballe then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dballe

Or similarly, like this dballe

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dballe
