How To Uninstall dbconfig-no-thanks On Debian 9

To uninstall dbconfig-no-thanks just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dbconfig-no-thanks

dbconfig-common bypassDebian 9.0admin2.0.8
sudo apt-get remove dbconfig-no-thanks

This will remove just the dbconfig-no-thanks package itself.

Uninstall dbconfig-no-thanks and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dbconfig-no-thanks

This will remove the dbconfig-no-thanks package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dbconfig-no-thanks then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dbconfig-no-thanks

Or similarly, like this dbconfig-no-thanks

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dbconfig-no-thanks
