How To Uninstall dcap-tunnel-ssl On Debian 9

To uninstall dcap-tunnel-ssl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dcap-tunnel-ssl

SSL tunnel for dCacheDebian 9.0libs2.47.10-3
sudo apt-get remove dcap-tunnel-ssl

This will remove just the dcap-tunnel-ssl package itself.

Uninstall dcap-tunnel-ssl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dcap-tunnel-ssl

This will remove the dcap-tunnel-ssl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dcap-tunnel-ssl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dcap-tunnel-ssl

Or similarly, like this dcap-tunnel-ssl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dcap-tunnel-ssl
