How To Uninstall dclock On Debian 9

To uninstall dclock just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dclock

Digital clock for the X Window System with flexible displayDebian 9.0x112.2.2-9+b1
sudo apt-get remove dclock

This will remove just the dclock package itself.

Uninstall dclock and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dclock

This will remove the dclock package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dclock then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dclock

Or similarly, like this dclock

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dclock
