How To Uninstall ddccontrol-db On Debian 9

To uninstall ddccontrol-db just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ddccontrol-db

monitor database for ddccontrolDebian 9.0utils20061014-4
sudo apt-get remove ddccontrol-db

This will remove just the ddccontrol-db package itself.

Uninstall ddccontrol-db and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ddccontrol-db

This will remove the ddccontrol-db package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ddccontrol-db then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ddccontrol-db

Or similarly, like this ddccontrol-db

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ddccontrol-db
